Our PR model is performance-based, meaning you only pay for confirmed media placements. Each plan includes a set number of guaranteed hits, which we deliver to you over the term of your agreement. Any additional coverage secured beyond the guaranteed quantity is billed as overage unless you’re on the Unlimited Plan, which has no limit to the amount of coverage and no charges for hits secured above the guarantee.
If we don’t deliver the minimum number of placements in your plan, we will refund you for the pro-rated portion of coverage we failed to deliver at the rate per guaranteed hit defined in your plan.
Any media placements beyond your plan’s allotment will be charged as overages at a per-hit rate, unless you are on the Unlimited Plan.
Upgrades: Yes, you can upgrade at any time to a higher plan to get better cost-per-hit efficiency and avoid overage fees.
Downgrades: Downgrades are not allowed mid-term but can be made at the start of your next term.
Cancellations: You may provide notice of cancellation at any time prior to the 30-day renewal notice window. Cancellations are not allowed mid-term.

We take your preferences into account, but final placements depend on journalist interest and editorial decisions. If you wish to guarantee specific outlets, please speak with your Success Manager about our paid placements offering.
We guarantee coverage within the first 30 days of signing up or we will refund your first month’s payment. If you have paid upfront for the term, we will provide a pro-rated refund.
A hit refers to any media placement where your brand is mentioned, quoted, or featured in an online article, print publication, TV, radio, or podcast.
While we strive to secure high-quality, brand-aligned coverage, we cannot guarantee editorial control. However, if you are unhappy with the content of an article, we will make best efforts to contact the reporter and request that they adjust the content accordingly. If you wish to completely control the content of an article, please see your Success Manager about our Paid Placements add-on.
Yes! You will have access to our real-time analytics platform detailing all secured coverage, including publication name, article link (if available), and key metrics such as reach. We also provide insights on the performance of your outbound campaigns, including open rates, response rates, interested rates, and more.
Yes! Our default process is to provide pitch content to our customers for review and approval before they are sent to reporters.
